The purpose of outpatient rehab is to provide treatment and support to individuals with addiction or mental health disorders who do not require 24-hour care or a residential treatment program. Outpatient rehab allows individuals to receive treatment on a part-time basis while still being able to maintain daily responsibilities such as work, school or family commitments.
Outpatient rehab also provides individuals with a safe and supportive environment where they can receive education and guidance on how to manage cravings, cope with triggers and develop the skills and resources needed to maintain sobriety or manage their mental health.

Who We Help
Addiction and mental health struggles can affect people from all walks of life, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or socioeconomic status. However, certain groups may be more vulnerable to these issues due to various risk factors such as genetics, traumatic life events, chronic stress and evironmental factors. Many individuals with mental health disorders such as depression or anxiety also struggle with addiction resulting in co-occuring disorders.
Some groups that may be particularly vulnerable to addiction and mental health struggles include: veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals and adolescents and young adults. Addiction and mental health struggles can affect anyone.
